Circuit Court Document Viewing Software

The majority of the Circuit Courts in West Virginia are using a computer based Case Management System named CCMS. In recent years many of the Clerks have installed scanners and integrated CCMS software that allows their staff to scan, store, view, print, email, and fax documents that are associated with their docket entries.
