S.A.K. was designed primarily for prosecuting attorney’s office workflow but can be utilized in any office that tracks criminal matters. Software Computer Group, Inc. (SWCG) has worked with prosecuting attorney offices, circuit courts, magistrate courts, and law firms over the past twenty five (25) years.

S.A.K. is based around the “Name File” which contains multiple identifiers such as social security number, birth date, race, sex and others. Names may be associated with multiple cases and have different involvements, i.e. victim or witness or defendant etc. Names only need to be entered once.

Locate cases using one or multiple identifiers from the list below:

• Social Security Number
• First Name, Middle Name, Last name or partial names
• Birth Date, Race, Sex
• Your Internal Case Number
• Magistrate, Boundover, or Circuit Case Numbers
• Representative (Counsel, CASA Worker, Etc.)

Track each case event by date and description plus the ability to:

• Manage case details i.e. case status and date, charge dispositions, arrest, filed and conviction charges, sentencing, bond forfeitures, etc.
• View the entire legal history of any individual?
• Scan, attach and manage any electronic document i.e. video, audio, pictures, multimedia files, e-mails, word processing documents, etc. in one easy step
• Generate and automatically attach new word processing documents to the event
• Record notes about the event directly within the case file
• Schedule appointments and calendar items using your attorneys and/or any representatives of the case via Microsoft Outlook.
• Automatically create standardized documents and merge case information with word processing documents (templates)
• Automatically create a Discovery CD containing user selected documents, images, audio files, etc.
• Is compatible with National Information Exchange Model?
• Track gang affiliations and provide gang information?
